edit: no matter how many times i look at this picture, or how many times someone says something nice about it... all i see is a bus. i see this every day... i don't know... this wasn't a favourite photo of mine and its gotten the most attention :/.

us artists.. we have to detach ourselves from our work sometimes. we know our work all to well, we see the cracks others don't see, and sometimes, we loose sight of the bigger picture. keep it up. look at it as if it wasn't urs. you'll be surprised.

:) I wouldn't really call myself an artist but as one who just likes the stuff. Sometimes I do see what others can't so I guess that makes me kinda special hehe :) Abd yes, I've tried just looking at it as if It wasn't my photograph but ahhh... I'm a smelly head and its just not working.

i create beauty, i vomit emotion, therefore i am an artist...

that's how i go about things....

Oh gosh you're sounding deep.

I don't really think much about my photos or any of the artsy stuff I do. I do what makes me feel good.

And I think I'm the most sensitive emotional person I know, so yes, I do exhale emotion.

I think the reason this picture is so popular is that it manages to make the ordinary interesting. Also, for the record, I think the picture might be too stark without the other passangers.

I did a 15 second exposure and just traced the face with a lighter. Luckily got it on the first try. And I like this shot, nice work.
